Insurance info and Payment
Pulver Dental Care is proud to offer financing and insurance options to our incredible patients. We accept a variety of payment options including Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for all payments at our office. We’ll also take care of all the paperwork, including submitting your claims to the insurance company.
At Pulver Dental Care, we accept several dental insurance plans and are preferred providers for the following insurances:
- Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. (“FEP Blue”)
- Delta Dental
- Delta Dental PPO
- Superior Dental Care
- United Concordia
We also proudly offer CareCredit® financing options, to enhance accessibility and affordability.
Please verify the specific details of your coverage with your insurance company. Upon scheduling your first visit, please be ready to provide your insurance information so we can confirm your coverage specifics. We’re happy to answer any questions about treatments you may have based on your coverage, and what your best course of action will be.
Most insurance plans cover two exams and cleanings per year. Please understand that no insurance company covers the cost of other services in their entirety. We are happy to estimate what your treatment may cost after your insurance pays. However, please know this amount is an estimate and it may increase or decrease based on several factors. Your patient portion is due on the day of service. Pulver Dental Care will file all claims free of charge.
We’re happy to set up payment arrangements to accommodate your specific situation, as necessary. Our goal is not to have patients go without needed dental treatments because they can’t pay all at once.
